Job Description:
We’re hiring a Director for our Deaf Survivor Services program. The Director will lead a new, nationwide initiative providing culturally-responsive, trauma-informed support to Deaf survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and teen dating violence. The Director will guide the vision, implementation, and growth of a Deaf-led service that offers both crisis response and ongoing advocacy to survivors across the country. The Director will play a critical role in shaping a model that expands access, strengthens the field, and ensures Deaf survivors can receive support in ways that are safe, accessible, and affirming. We are looking for a leader who brings: Deep commitment to Deaf communities and survivor advocacy Experience building or leading programs and teams Strong partnership and field-building instincts The ability to navigate both vision and implementation This is a unique opportunity to help build something new—at a national level—with real impact on access to safety and healing for Deaf survivors.
