Mozzeria Express is firing up the ovens in Mesa, and we’re looking for Pizza Makers to join our team inside Lochiel Brewing Co. What You’ll Do Craft Neapolitan-style pizzas, small plates, and desserts with precision and care Take customer orders, serve with a smile, and keep service flowing Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and consistency Work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen (ovens up to 900°) Be part of a tight-knit, ASL-friendly, community-driven team What We’re Looking For Experience in food service or hospitality (pizza a plus, but we’ll train!)
